Client Agency – A recruitment agency or employer using the Platform
to find temporary care or education workers.
Worker – A temporary worker (e.g., nurse, carer, teacher)
registered on the Platform seeking placement.
User – Any individual or entity using the Platform, including both
Client Agencies and Workers.
Compliance – The requirement to meet all regulatory standards,
including DBS checks, right-to-work documentation, and professional qualifications.
3. Platform Services
Locum360 provides:
A job matching platform for temporary placements.
Management tools for shifts, timesheets, and payments.
A compliance monitoring system for document and credential tracking.
4. User Obligations
4.1 Clients
Must ensure that job postings are accurate and non-discriminatory.
Are responsible for verifying Worker credentials even if uploaded to the Platform.
Must pay any applicable fees as agreed in the service contract.
4.2 Workers
Must provide accurate personal, professional, and compliance documentation.
Are responsible for maintaining up-to-date certification and documentation.
Agree not to contact agencies outside the platform to bypass its usage.
5. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
Locum360 supports but does not guarantee full compliance. It is the responsibility of
Clients to:
Verify that all placements meet CQC, Ofsted, or other relevant UK regulatory
standards.
Use the compliance dashboard responsibly and in good faith.
6. Data Protection
All personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Users must also comply with
UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
7. Fees and Payments
Payment terms are defined in separate service-level agreements (SLAs).
Locum360 reserves the right to suspend access for unpaid invoices.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, software, and design elements are the intellectual
property of Locum360 Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:
Any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by Users.
Any loss of revenue or indirect damages.
Any compliance breaches caused by Client failure to verify credentials.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Platform without notice if you violate these
Terms.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes
constitutes acceptance.
